Start and End of the School Day

The school gates open at 8:30am and children should go straight to their classrooms. KS1 and KS2 enter through the main gate. Reception enter through the reception gate.

All children should be in class ready for registration by 8:50am. Children begin early morning work when they arrive from 8:30am. This is a great time for additional learning for those pupils who arrive early.

Any children who are late should enter the school through the office.

The End of the Day

The school gate will open at 3:00pm for parents to collect their children. The gate will close at 3:20pm and any children not collected by that time will need to be collected from the school office.

The children may begin the school day from 8.30 with their teacher (the latest they must be in for registration is 8.50) and the teacher leaves to dismiss the class from the playground at 3pm- a 6.5 hours in school. (32.5 hours per week)

The Nursery

Morning sessions are from 8:30am - 11:45am

Afternoon sessions are from 12:20pm-3:00pm

Full-time places are also available. These are funded by the government for parents returning to work. Further information can be obtained from the school office or at https://www.gov.uk/get-childcare.
