The school was established by the Catholic community in Plumstead over 100 years ago.

The Governing Body of St Patrick's is made up of Foundation Governors, who are the representatives of the Trustees of the Diocese, Local Authority representatives and elected Parent and Staff Governors.

There is an active Parent-Teacher Association of which all parents are automatically members.

There are a number of school events that promote the community ethos of School, Home and Parish.

The school is pleased to organise visits to theatres, museums and other places of interest.

St. Patrick’s children have been taking part in some marvellous enterprise activities recently, with lots more still to come!
